This initiative seeks to support actions that help keep minors within their families of origin or in suitable social and cultural environments such as adoptive or foster families—and encompasses priority areas including child protection, health, education, early childhood, juvenile justice, child mobility and disability.
Each proposal may receive up to 95 % of its total eligible costs as a direct grant.
A minimum of 20 projects will be selected, with 11 awards destined for countries in Western and Eastern Africa, five for Central and South America, and four for Asian nations such as India, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines.
Eligible entities—those authorized under current Italian legislation—must submit their applications via the DORA – Gestionale Enti platform, authenticating through SPID or CIE by their legal representative. The deadline for proposal submission is July 1, 2025, at 23:59.
